Microwaved lasagna, microwaved eggplant parm, pre boiled pasta.
Such a let down. One of the worst dinning experiences I’ve ever had no fault of the server who was very polite and responsive. However I I could microwave a frozen dinner that has more flavor than this place. Super bland seafood pasta that felt under cooked and rubbery. Wife had the Salmon and her resoponse was”I’ve had better”. Daughter had the Romaine salad withCesar dressing. Not great. For 150 bucks plus 2 uber rides this was a super disappointment. 2 Star just because of the server, otherwise it’s a 1.
MoreThe only enjoyable aspect of our experience was the appetizers. The customer service was lacking and we were rarely checked on throughout the meal. The steak for two special was ordered medium rare and came to the table well done. Furthermore, we found the seafood risotto to be lacking in depth, with its flavor closely resembling ocean water. In addition, the osso bucco dish we ordered was so over salted to the point that it was inedible. When we asked to speak to the manager present regarding our qualms, he was extremely rude and hesitant to accommodate for the many errs presented throughout the dinner service.. and then inappropriately proceeded to blame his wait staff for errors made in the kitchen. I am surprised this establishment has managed to stay open to this point. Do not come here unless you want to be disappointed!
MoreNot good.
A bustling and great place to eat Italian food in Miami Beach!
In Miami Beach we find Quattro, a restaurant that specializes in authentic Italian Neapolitan food. Quattro boasts an elegant decor and a top-grade service; it is hands down an ideal restaurant to either have a romantic dinner or relish a drink at its gleaming bar counter.
MoreHas great food and an authentic Italian experience. The spaghetti dishes are amazing.
MoreAwesome is the word. The white spinach lasagna is fantastic as is the octopus starter. Excellent staff and service.
MoreTotally underwhelmed. Staff were too busy trying to please a larger table than look after us. Felt very rushed. The lasagne was the most tasteless dish I've had all holiday, with barely a scrap of meat to be found. There wasnt even any salt and pepper on the table to try and give it some flavour. The tuna tartar was nice tho. Would not return
MoreI haven't had such great Italian food since I went to Italy three years ago. After reading the past reviews I was concerned, but I was able to have a pleasant dinner with my husband and kids. Great service and very attend management. The manager on the floor took care of us and came to our table several times since we were celebrating the birthday of one of my kids. It was a bit pricy, but definitely worth the full Italian experience. The lasagna was probably my favorite plate of the night! This is the first but not the last time will be coming back in the restaurant!
MoreCould be better Service. Dinner was normal experience, therefore too expensive.
I don't mind paying. Food was average at best. You know when you read the one solitary one star movie review and you ignored it? Skip this place
MoreGood food & service on Lincoln Road.
really bad service, and high prices for a really bad food. alberto one of the persons who doesnt know how to give a good service.
MoreEach year, at Art Basel Miami time, we gather as a group of between 10 and 20 for dinner at this terrific restaurant. We make them crazy as our outdoor table grows and shrinks and grows. No attitude. Terrific people run this place. I generally have grilled octopus, pasta, dessert. Excellent...as is service. Everyone's food is always good. We all look forward to Quattro each year. Cost is about $100/person including tips and taxes. We went last night just three of us and said indoors as it was rather humid out doors everything was perfect this is one of Miami Beach's jewels
MoreQuattro is still one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Miami. Nothing can beat fresh made pasta and my all time favorite are the tuna tartar and the octopus !!!
MoreIt was great, food, service and waiter suggestions matched great. Definitely a place to go. Outside dinning good on a cool day, otherwise indoor salon is very cosy and rantic. Hey Lincoln Road is nice, good location.
MoreIt’s in the Mall, we ate outside which was a coolAtmosphere but it was the worst food we had during our stay. I am not a picky eater but this tested my ability. Recommend avoiding this place. If you do come the Salmon was much better than the Seafood.
MoreDecent service, terrible food. Overpriced. The chef would not allow his customers to add anything to their dish. Don't go. Waste of time.
MoreVery disappointed , food was cold when it arrives at the table, was so hungry that we didn't want to wait anymore. Desert look like it came already premaid.didnt have anyone check on us the whole dinning experience. Nothing specialWill not return or suggest this place.Even worse the table next to us had a glass of ice tea poored all over him and no one came to ask if there was anything they could do for him.It was our guest birthday and we ask for a candle and server pulled the table candle to blow and said it would take too long to go get one to the kitchen..... MoreTHEY CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND SCREW THEIR STAFF!Took a couple of friends there on a Saturday night during the holiday season.Check your bill, they cheat!I ordered a "special" but asked the price 1st and was quoted $54. When the bill came, that entree' was $60. I notified the waiter and asked him to adjust the $298 bill. This caused quite a commotion in the restaurant. The waiter returned and said he could not adjust the entree', but that the restaurant removed the tip instead (a mandatory 20% service fee) was equal to $49.92.Feeling this was unfair to the waiter, I added the $49.92 tip back into the bill, paid the $298.00 dinner bill, left the restaurant and vowed never to return. The prices are high but the food is excellent. I refuse to do business with dishonest or unethical entities.Sincerely disappointed in South Beach,Bob
MoreTypical South Beach pseudo "fine dining". Way over priced and food was mediocre. Waiter brought the wrong salad, swordfish was a very strange grey color, crappy piece of salmon tasted fishy. Restroom was absolutely filthy despite not having a single customer inside the restaurant. Don't waste your money! There are a hundred better places to eat on Lincoln road
MoreAvoid. Just simply avoid. The place screams "Rip Off the Tourists". High prices, bland tastes, mediocre service, small portions - plus completely lacking Italian warmth and conviviality you find in the real Italian restaurants of South Beach. The restaurant itself is not clean, and interaction with the staff ranges from rude and unfriendly to maybe disinterested.
MoreAfter the theater, looking for dinner expecting a horrible tourist overpriced meal. What a pleasant surprise. The food was very good and the service was top. Only suggestion, is being a local I didnt want the outdoor heat and chose inside to dine and the ac needs to be a bit cooler. I would return.
